This includes experience in the ICT, FMCG & Financial Sector industries, both Public & Private sectors. Some of the countries she worked in include South Africa, Ghana, Benin, and Cameroon. Subsequent, to her leading the change in the industry, in 2017 Lerato was nominated as one of the Top 3 best-performing Women in ICT Awards. In 2021, she was recognized as one of the top 18 exemplary female Supply Chain Practitioners in Africa.
